Addresses work like on Ethereum
Elysium is an EVM chain: addresses look the same as on Ethereum (0x…) and the same address exists on every network. But only funds sent on the Elysium network arrive on Elysium. Sending HYPE from another chain to the same address does not put it here.
The testnet
Elysiom runs on the Elysium testnet (chain ID 99801). Test HYPE has no real value and comes from the official faucet, so you can try every feature without risking anything. Mainnet has been announced by Kinetiq; until it is live, nothing here moves real money.
Why launchpads are appearing on Elysium
Blocks are about a second and fees are small, so launching and trading a token is practical. The testnet already has several launchpads running — PerpMe, BunnyPad, Chainzy and others — each with its own factory and its own wrapped HYPE. Elysiom reads all of them from the chain itself. How to start
- Create your Elysiom account with a browser wallet or Telegram.
- Fund your terminal wallet with HYPE on Elysium (test HYPE for now).
